Responsibilities- Drive the entire sales cycle from Lead Generation to initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Maintain consistent daily customer calls and market visits
- Educate customers on how to align their business goals to sustainable Bayut advertising solutions through a consultative approach
- Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects for long-term growth and sustainability
- Support clients by presenting sales and marketing solutions and create relevant campaigns that maximize their returns
- Work with customers to understand their business needs and set appropriate data-backed expectations
- Prospect for new clients and respond to inbound customer requests
- Draft and deliver proposals based on customer needs
- Report on sales activity (Daily Visit Report) and market intelligence
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Valid and current Driving license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Experience with Sales in the internet advertising industry
- Basic understanding of how to operate on CRM
- Strong understanding of the industry trends, and the competitive landscape
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions over video conference or in-person to prospects

The Madinah BRT project is an integral part of the city's major transport initiative to put in place large capacity public transport modes. As part of the Project Management Consultancy team, you will ensure effective communication and alignment between all relevant stakeholders, supporting the successful planning, delivery, implementation, and operation of the BRT system.
Missions/Main Duties- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key project stakeholders including government authorities, local communities, contractors, and partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and external stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are understood, managed, and addressed efficiently.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to prevent misunderstandings or conflicts.
- Organize stakeholder meetings, presentations, and progress reports.
- Address stakeholder concerns and manage feedback to ensure project alignment.

- 10-15 years of experience in stakeholder management within large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
- Proven experience in managing government relations and interfacing with regulatory bodies.

Functional Responsibilities
- Support the customer’s adoption process during all their Value Journey.

- Customize Emarsys features such as email automation, push notifications, SMS campaigns, and segmentation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Emarsys implementations.
- Knowledge of personalization strategies and marketing analytics is preferred.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to design customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure seamless data flow between SAP systems (e.g., SAP Commerce, SAP Marketing Cloud) and Emarsys.
- Maintain documentation on configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Working with partners and customers to define and assess non-functional requirements such as maintainability and optimization.
- Fully understanding the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments
- Supporting successful project implementation phase to follow best practices.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a degree in a relevant field;
- MSc in Computing and IT Management or a degree in a relevant field is a plus;
- Very Good in English and Arabic.
Qualifications:
- SAP Commerce Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of the SAP Commerce Cloud (previously Hybris) platform, including its modules, functionalities, and development environment.
- Experience with data transformation and CPI integrations.
- Strong e-Commerce functional & technical expertise.
- Strong understanding of SAP CX solutions and their integration with Emarsys.
- Front-end technologies and UX/UI knowledge are a plus.
- Performance Optimization: Knowledge in application performance tuning and understanding design patterns.
- Ensure seamless data flow between SAP systems (e.g., SAP Commerce, SAP Marketing Cloud) and Emarsys
Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in SAP CX consulting position.
- Experience in the KSA or GCC is a plus.
- Diversified professional experience in related fields is a plus.
