We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team, specializing in building services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the design and implementation of mechanical systems for a variety of building projects, such as commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. This role involves designing mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building-specific mechanical systems, ensuring they meet all performance, efficiency, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design mechanical systems for buildings, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, fire protection, and other essential systems.
- Produce detailed design documentation, including drawings, calculations, and specifications to meet client requirements and applicable building codes and standards.
- Perform system sizing, load calculations, and energy modeling to optimize the performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of mechanical systems.
- Collaborate closely with other disciplines (architects, electrical engineers, structural engineers) to ensure that mechanical systems are integrated into the overall building design seamlessly.
- Conduct site visits to assess building conditions, verify measurements, and ensure designs are feasible based on existing or proposed conditions.

- Ensure that all mechanical designs and systems adhere to local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design software, industry practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the best possible solutions.
- Perform design reviews and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Integrate energy-efficient systems and sustainable technologies, such as renewable energy systems, into designs to meet environmental and energy goals.
- Assist in achieving building certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM) by designing energy-efficient and environmentally responsible systems.
- Provide technical support to construction teams during installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Address any design issues that arise during the construction phase and suggest solutions to ensure the systems are installed according to specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and performance testing to ensure systems operate as designed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

The operator position performs all tasks on the production line under the supervision of skilled operators and Team Leaders.
Production process - Spoolable composite line pipe (RTP) and (RTR) filament winding.

- Assist in machine set up as per production process run sheets.
- Load and unload raw materials during preparation and production process.

- Cleaning and prepares ovens after every run.
- Operate equipment that will cut, grind, bevel and test fiberglass pipes to it into finished product.

- Fit, sand, assemble and bond parts into assemblies to complete customer orders.
- Maintain and record specified tolerance/ dimensions as required on the manufacturing & Inspections reports and for accurate inventory management.

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the VP's Office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Track and follow up on key project milestones and deliverables.
- Support in preparing materials for board meetings, project reviews, and executive briefings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities for the Development & Construction team.
- Maintain and update project trackers and dashboards as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in construction or development.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work with PowerBI, Reporting tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in handling confidential information and working with senior executives.
