Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Central Area Pipeline Department (CAPD).
CAPD is responsible for pumping and transporting hydrocarbon products within the Central Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Your primary role will be to provide Electrical Engineering support to 11 crude oil pump stations, 4 Compression Station, 2 Booster Stations and ASL Stabilizer. In addition, you will lead projects related to electrical systems and participate in walkthrough activities for capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- Assess plant power systems and substations, and recommend new installations or modifications to improve power system reliability or the replacement of defective/obsolete electrical equipment.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and assistance to maintenance staff in resolving power system related problems.
- Provide capital project design reviews and comments for the whole project cycle (design basis scoping paper, project proposals and detailed design packages).
- Perform site activities, such as field engineering, support for pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup.
- Provide technical support for all field power systems at Central and Western Area Pipeline facilities and maintain the Electrical Transient Analyzer Program (ETAP) models for all plants.
- Serve as technical lead on ETAP studies, Power Monitoring Systems (PMS), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Direct Current (DC) systems, medium & low voltage Switchgears/Transformers/MCC/Cables/Motors & Generators and protection system during project design and provide support during implementations.
- Prepare conceptual design packages and engineering budgetary cost estimates.
- Review installation, site commissioning and factory acceptance testing for low and high voltage transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers and control gear.
- Analyze the components, design parameters, installation, operation and maintenance requirements of UPS, DC and battery systems.
- Provide project specifications and demonstrate operations and maintenance requirements for transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers and control gear.
- Analyze cathodic protection (CP) surveys, provide recommendations for CP deficiencies and optimize the distribution of CP systems along the pipelines corridors.
- Assess safety and instrumentation grounding systems and provide recommendations to protect instrumentation and control system against surge and lightning issues.
- You must have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- You should have a minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably in the oil industry.
- You must be certified as Professional Engineer in Power field or equivalent.
- Experience must be such that you are recognized as power specialist engineer for Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, standards, and practices related to oil and gas facilities is essential.
- Experience in designing electrical systems and equipment for oil and gas projects is also required.
- Familiarity with international standards such as IEEE, IEC, API, and NEC is a must.

Budgets & Cost control
- Contribute to the preparation of the Quality budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget.

- Assemble cost control and statistical data, as needed, in order to support in quality objectives.
MIS & Reports
- Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to QC timely and accurately to meet department requirements, policies and standards.

- Rejected FG writ-off and Production Trial write-off reports preparation

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Commercial Director to join our team! In this role you will get to l manage all commercial activity for a Division, a major market segment, or for a major project. Travel to the client's offices or the project site may be required, either before the contract receives final approval or during the life of the contract.
What You’ll Be Doing
Establish robust procurement strategies for Major Works within a challenging time frame using different methodologies.
Review and prepare invitations to tender for Major Works including specialist disciplines.
Review Tender submissions and assist in the evaluation of the same for recommendation to the Employer
Assist in negotiations to facilitate the placing of Major Contracts.
Negotiate and clarify contractual requirements in meetings with consultants and contractors.
Manage a team of both pre and post contract commercial staff;
5+ year local GCC experience on projects across Civils, Infrastructure, Buildings and Utilities. + MRICS, or equivalent

Provides technical guidance to assigned personnel and ensures proficiency and timeliness of contract administration. Makes staffing assignments and reassignments as Company and project needs arise. Reviews requests for proposals to identify risks and contractual terms not conforming to Company policy.
Negotiates the more difficult, or complex, contractual issues
Maintains active participation in related professional societies to keep abreast of relevant contractual issues.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
20+ years of experience is required
Experience in mixed-use development projects
Experience in PMO/PMC projects.
MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent
Requires a comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and the negotiation of prime contracts
Incumbent must also possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration.
The ability to perform in a management capacity is also required
Experience in FIDIC contracts

About the Role
As a Housekeeping Desk Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of housekeeping operations. Serving as the central point of contact for the housekeeping team, you will facilitate communication, manage service requests, and maintain records to support efficient and exceptional service delivery.

What You Will Do
Coordinate and communicate effectively between the housekeeping team and other departments. Manage and respond to housekeeping service requests promptly and accurately. Maintain records, including room status updates, maintenance requests, and guest preferences. Assign tasks to housekeeping staff based on guest and operational priorities. Interact with guests over the phone in a polite and courteous manner as per company policy. Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and request replenishments as needed. Provide accurate and timely updates on room readiness for the front desk team. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the housekeeping desk area. Show flexibility to support the department when needed based on operational requirements.

What You Bring
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
