Ensure that products and services will be constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
Focus and review regularly through my physical presence, our rigorous adherence to LQA standards.
Provide wide leadership and direction in all areas of security, loss control, security best practices and security programs including strategic planning.
Provide guidance regarding "best practice" business security standards, solutions and guidance to maintain a secure environment for the protection of hosts, guests, property and information.
Monitor security conditions and conduct ongoing analysis of data received from both external and internal sources and advise on appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with all departments and external groups to effectively resolve security related issues.
Assist on all legal, statutory and financial requirements and documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards, host management practices and budgetary controls are implemented, reviewed and maintained.
Assist with maintaining relationships with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and other issuers of security requirement.
Oversee and provide direction for major security related projects and physical security technologies including but not limited to various card key access systems, alarm systems, video surveillance systems, security services and data security systems and various other related systems.
Assist with inspecting and securing the property's guest areas, public areas and heart-of-the-house areas on a regular basis and ensuring any security and safety improvements are actioned within the designated time frame.
Develop and implement a security training strategy for the property and ensures appropriate Minimize payroll costs by maximizing productivity and efficient scheduling of hosts.
Prepare and submit legally required and confidential documentation related to the operation.
Complete accurately all corporate reporting requirements for the role.
Attend or conduct the designated meetings and briefings as instructed by my Manager.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
As Reservation Host, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
+ Run daily reports for Reservation department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing.
+ Process new reservations, update and clean up reservations, process advance deposits, answer reservations inbox emails within 24 hours, process reports (No Shows, ORS Comments, Commission, etc.) and other reservation related duties as assigned.
+ Assist in all allocation of rooms.
+ Check and handle for special requests and hard blocking rooms as needed.
+ Contact guests or travel agents to clarify any discrepancies in preferences or requests before guests' arrival.
+ Track future room availabilities based on reservations.
+ Monitor and update internet reservation system in coordinate with respected hosts.
+ Assist in determine room rates based on the selling tactics of the resort.
+ Assist in the management of the guest history and profile system.
+ Ensure all reservations daily are completed with all necessary guest information, profile information and rate/market/source codes with accuracy and efficiency.
+ Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
+ Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
**Qualifications**
To execute the position of Reservation Host, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
+ High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 years' experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
+ Technical skills include MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including PMS, GDS and CRS platforms. I have knowledge of hotel/resort and policies regarding reservations, discounts, MICE platforms and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings.
+ Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.

+ Ensure that all goods received and invoices have been verified by the Cost Control Section.

+ Verify extensions and totals on all invoices.
+ Review invoices for payment terms, discounts and due dates.

+ Prepare payment vouchers and submit them for approval before payments are processed.
+ Process supplier payments through checks, bank transfers or other approved payment methods.
+ Maintain records of all payments made on a daily basis.
+ Enter all vouchers into the Voucher Register and ensure liabilities are recorded accurately.
+ Ensure all purchases received through the end of the month are accrued and properly recorded.
+ Total and balance the Voucher Register and prepare journal vouchers for posting to the General Ledger.
+ Reconcile Accounts Payable balances and unpaid vouchers with the General Ledger at the end of each month.
+ Ensure the Voucher Register is closed, balanced and monthly recapitulation is prepared by the 6th working day following month-end.
+ Maintain proper filing systems for paid and unpaid vouchers.
+ Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies promptly.
+ Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoices and payment issues.
+ Prepare Accounts Payable aging reports and assist in cash flow planning.
+ Check figures, postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper account coding.
