How youll make an impact Lead mentor and supervise a team of warehouse associates including scheduling performance management and training. Manage and optimize warehouse layouts and processes for improved efficiency and space utilization. Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts stock checks and addressing discrepancies. Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols. Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures including regular safety training and inspections. Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance as needed. Collaborate with logistics procurement and production teams to ensure smooth material flow and meet operational targets. Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company standards. Participate in the development and implementation of new warehouse technologies and systems. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
