**What You Will Do:**

**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Assist in implementing site-specific HSE plans in line with project and regulatory requirements.
+ Monitor work activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, and environmental standards.
+ Conduct routine safety inspections and report non-compliance or hazards.
+ Document and report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
+ Support investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
+ Maintain accurate HSE records and dashboards for management review.
+ Coordinate and deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
+ Promote a culture of safety awareness among all project personnel.
+ Work closely with project teams, contractors, and HSE leadership to implement safety measures.
+ Assist in liaising with regulatory bodies for inspections or audits.
+ Support the review and enhancement of HSE procedures and programs.
+ Identify trends and recommend initiatives to reduce incidents and environmental impact.
**What You'll Be Doing;**
+ Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
+ 2 years of HSE experience in construction, aviation, or infrastructure projects.
+ Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
+ Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary project environment.
+ Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 are desirable.
