Job Description:The Talent Acquisition Specialist that our Riyadh based client is seeking, will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, directly influencing the organization's capability to achieve its strategic objectives by attracting and hiring top-tier professionals. This senior role requires a professional with at least 5 years of recruitment experience, including a successful track record in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding senior-level and directorial positions. The Specialist will craft comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with client s high standards and regulatory framework, leveraging their extensive knowledge of the financial sector. Mastery of various electronic financial systems will be advantageous. Additionally, the ideal candidate will contribute to developing talent pipelines, upholding the institution's commitment to diversity and inclusion, and ensuring the stability and growth of our client s human capital.Job Requirements:Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on financial institutions or similarly complex organizations.Proven track record of hiring senior-level and directorial candidates, with the ability to manage executive search strategies effectively.Familiarity with the regulatory environment of central banking and financial services.Advanced understanding of cross-bank electronic financial systems such and the ability to assess candidates' competencies in these areas.Must demonstrate knowledge of Saudi Arabia's labor laws and regulations.Should have strong networking skills with the capacity to develop and maintain relationships with top industry professionals.Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment software.Must have excellent command of both English and Arabic to communicate effectively with diverse applicants.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification or degree is highly preferred.Job Responsibilities:Design and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies to attract and secure high-caliber prospects for senior and director-level roles.Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to clarify job requirements and competency profiles for each position.Lead the creation of compelling job listings to accurately convey the opportunity and expectations, optimizing for visibility and engagement with targeted talent pools.Coordinate and oversee the entire selection process, including initial screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks, ensuring a fair and rigorous evaluation of candidates.Manage candidate pipelines and maintain meticulous records of all interactions and decisions in the applicant tracking system.Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, actively seeking out and encouraging a broad range of applicants.Negotiate employment offers, aligning candidate expectations with our client s compensation structure, and ensuring compliance with internal and external equity principles.Deliver regular reports to HR leadership on recruitment metrics, market trends, and talent acquisition outcomes.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of strategic direction, operational requirements, and cultural nuances to inform talent acquisition approaches.Required Skills:Expert-level skills in talent sourcing techniques, including social recruiting, headhunting, and the use of specialized recruitment platforms.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive negotiation and confidentiality.Analytical skills applied to talent acquisition metrics and reporting, with the ability to translate data into recruitment strategies.Advanced project management skills, enabling the handling of multiple recruitment drives concurrently with high attention to detail.Ability to provide exceptional candidate experiences from initial contact through to onboarding.Proficiency in recruitment marketing and employer branding to enhance our client s image as an employer of choice.Keen insight into industry trends and labor market fluctuations within the financial sector.Adept in utilizing HR technology and modern recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic working environment, capable of navigating organizational changes effectively.
