TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR - ( MES0001KH )

Description

  • Ensure that all potential hazards, accidents and incidents are identified and notified.
  • Immediate response on medical emergency, Incidents and near mess reports.
  • Monitor monthly budget and make recommendations to the Supported Service Manager.
  • Assist the Manager to complete Board figures as directed.
  • Responsible for the day to day supervision of all staffs of accommodations / transport within the program.
  • Performance reviews of accommodations and transport staffs.
  • All staffing issues and performance concerns are promptly reported to the SAP Manager for action.
  • Assist Line Manager and HR as directed.
  • Undertake reviews as directed in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for liaising with Landlord and other services.
  • Review and monitor progress of an individual support plan of housing and transport team.
  • Ensure Landlord notes and documentation for each house is undertaken. 
  • Law and order knowledge of Kingdom.
  • Dealing with local police and other departments if needed.
  • Be responsible for the efficient and economic operation of establishments.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of accommodation (Communal areas, Stairs, Corridors and their furnishings) and, often, public areas in respective accommodations within the region.
  • Ensure the highest level of health, safety and environmental care is taken at all facilities of accommodations and transport.
  • Ensuring that all department aspects are met up to the standard level.
  • Ensure that accommodations / busses are clean, well maintained and attractively presented.
  • Monitor the accommodation utilities supplies. (Potable water, Septic siphoning, Drinking water and Electricity)
  • Immediate response and investigations on incident notifications.
  • Making weekly and monthly reports of accommodation.
  • Weekly inspection for accommodation maintenance works.
  • Monthly building and vehicle H&S inspection with accommodation officer / drivers.
  • Submitting all inspection report copies to database admin clerk in HO.
  • Immediate response for vehicle accidents.
  • Making all building and Transport work reports for company management.
  • Takes every aspect of the job as a task to be done, no matter how small or big.
  • Coordinate with all accommodation officers / drivers within the region.
  • Reviewing and submission of accommodation occupancy within the region.
  • Documentation of all accommodation rent agreements and inspection forms.
  • Record keeping of all accommodation and transport incident reports.
  • Handling housing / transport petty cash.
  • Reviewing the petty cash summary and submission for replenishment.
  • Monitoring accommodation / vehicles break down and maintenance works by part-time technician, sub-contractors etc.
  • Taking care of remote accommodation in respective regions.
  • Directly dealing, solving staff issues of remote accommodations.
  • Conducting surveys and collecting occupants review and feedback for accommodation and personal issue.
  • Respective accommodations inventory and submission to administrator for updating as per the procedure.
