Full Job Description
Supervise/lead small unit of team at Site for Soft FM scope to deliver high standard services. Support innovations vs FTEs and deliver a world-class service delivery across site team and contract and enhance sustainability to drive profitability without compromising quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Support Soft Supervisor and ensures BICSc standards are understood and delivered on all contracts, with documented training and action plans in place.
Takes Supervisor handover and pass on to the ground team and the small units.
Support Supervisor to Follow up the need for operatives and housekeepers training for work method statements, work instructions, quality systems on ground.
Ensures refresher training plans and On the Job site training plans and calendar and report the outcomes and needs to Supervisor.
Provide nominations for excellent performance by rewarding and recognizing high performers and those who demonstrate company values on ground.
Coordinate with Supervisor and monitors the delivery of cleaning services with the small units on ground.
Work with Supervisor on forecasting of supplier budgets and costing to enhance budgetary efficiencies.
Coordinate with Supervisor and Ensures standardized documents are in place and is used uniformly
Support Supervisor to close out and action SSPCR inspections non-conformances on ground.
Support hands on training approach with ground staff and workers.
Carry out daily inspections and log evidence and ensure enough tools and equipment are available on ground.
Ensures Refresher schedules is delivered and evident enough capturing on training attendance log.
1x recommendation for monthly awards for operative’s commendation
Supports Supervisor on completion of cleaning requirements for site and completed scheduled cleaning with operatives on ground.
Supports Supervisor to provide technical evaluations and capture ground service efficiency of third-party contractors and proper handling and use of cleaning materials and consumables on ground.
Supports enhancement of profitability by suggesting new strategy for enhancing innovations and less consumption ideas.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Secondary level or diploma. Additional FM or equivalent experience qualification in Facilities Management beneficial.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a property/ facilities management company.
- Good interpersonal skills / client facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate with team members
- Ability to multi-task
- Teamwork
