Nawah is looking for a Senior Specialist Graphic Designer at Nawah Scientific Job title: Senior Specialist Graphic Designer Job brief:
• The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs andgraphics (online & printed) to support the company s marketing and communication efforts. This role will involve working on various projects and will collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure that the visual elements align with the company s brand identity and effectively communicate its message.
Job Tasks:
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality designs that align with the established brand identity.
• Develop creative and professional designs for the company printable materials, such as roll ups, brochures, and other printed marketing collaterals.
• Design eye-catching and engaging graphics for social media platforms as well as emails and news letter
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all designs are delivered within specified deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure the unity of company visual identity, monitor and approve any internal or external material that represents the company
• Assist the team with their PowerPoint presentation and slides design
Job Requirements:
Must-to-Have:
• 4-6 years experience as a graphic designer.
• Proficient in graphic design software and tools (pixel and vector graphics), such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
composition.
• Ability to translate marketing and branding objectives into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
Nice-to-have:
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience designing for websites.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
• Understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
