Full Job Description

• Analyze market requirements and oversee product development for urea-based fertilizers.
• Offer technical support to commercial plants during shutdowns, turnover, and recommissioning.
• Resolve issues and perform root cause analysis for commercial plant problems.
• Innovate and develop new products for specialty Agri-Nutrients in AN.
• Lead in-house technology development and collaborate with external partners on projects.
• Provide guidance for product development, using market and customer data.
• Promote a safety culture, mentor young employees, and initiate new programs.

• Master's or PhD preferred.
• 5 years of experience in new product development, including collaboration with start-ups.
