We are seeking an enthusiastic
and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals
looking to start a rewarding career in the real estate industry. The
incumbent will play a pivotal part in the growth of the organization
by selling property units, understanding client requirements,
providing demonstrations, and ensuring successful deal
closures.
In This Role, You Will
Property Sales
- Sale of residential and commercial property from company inventory.
- Conduct property showings, provide information and negotiate
offers on behalf of clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Offer
professional advice and guidance on property buying, selling, and
investment opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain a strong
professional network to foster business opportunities.
- Stay well-informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date
market information.
- Ensure that clients are well-informed about relevant property units, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to stay updated on
evolving changes in their property requirements and provide ongoing
support.
- Conduct property demonstrations and
arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential
investment.
- Facilitate the timely closure of property deals,
ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are
completed.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ideally, possess a minimum of 2 year of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem- solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Exhibits a strong passion for
sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
