One of the leading Engineering & Infrastructure company in Saudi Arabia is looking for personnel to join their operations in Roadways & Highways project in KSA.

As a Planning & Schedule Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, scheduling, and execution of road, bridge, highway, and tunnel projects. Leveraging your extensive experience in project management and scheduling, you will develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and optimize project timelines to achieve project objectives efficiently.

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling roles on road, bridge, highway, and tunnel projects.
3. Proven expertise in project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 , and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Strong understanding of project management principles, with experience in site supervision and construction management.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
6. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
