We are looking forward to an experienced PMO Administrator to work on site for an Airport project (PMC). The successful candidate will have at least 15 years' experience and have worked on large airport projects as well as other complex infrastructure and Buildings projects.

• Coordinate with the Client PMO on all reports and dashboard updates related to meeting updates.

• Assist the Client PMO in setting roles and responsibilities, planning, and reporting processes for all different functions related to the local PMO office.

• Develop a PMO Progress Update Dashboard for the client and Stakeholders, capturing business streams/tasks/activities, risks, issues, delays, mitigation plans, and capital deployment and expenditure progress (planned and actual).

• Create templates and introduce systems to enhance project management efficiency.

• Oversee project financials, schedules, and resources.

• Offer guidance and assistance to project managers in order to strengthen their skills and competencies.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to determine project necessities, goals, and outcomes.

• Report project progress and updates to top-level executives.

• Examine project performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and provide findings to senior management.

• Assess current project(s) status versus the execution plan, report deviations, and prepare Management Reports accordingly.

• Support the implementation of the Project Management System, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of RFPs and proposals, as well as managing contractual arrangements of consultants and contractors.
