We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Approval Specialist to join our team in our busy healthcare facility. This role involves managing patient accounts and working with insurance companies to get approval for medical services. You will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that our patients receive the care they need without undue financial burden.

• Review patient records, examining the proposed treatment plans and associated costs.
• Liaise directly with insurance companies to gain approval for proposed medical services.
• Work with patients to help them understand their insurance coverage and answer any related queries they might have.
• Keep detailed records of all interactions with patients and insurance companies.
• Manage patient accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist in the resolution of patient billing issues and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to understand the necessity of certain treatments and advocate for patient care with insurance companies.
• Adhere to all relevant laws regarding patient privacy and data security.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare sector, medical insurance processes, and patient accounts. You will need to be fluent in both Arabic and English and have exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, and Excel, is also required. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to handle sensitive information, and a strong commitment to patient care.

• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in a related field
• Experience of minimum 1 year in the same field.
• Have knowledge in the healthcare sector.

• Microsoft Office Word & Excel proficiency.
• Problem-Solving Skills.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.
