Full Job Description
- Logistics Coordinator (Malayalee speaking) - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator who is fluent in Malayalee and English to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics coordination and excellent organizational skills.
The main responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator include:
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods
• Coordinating the transport of goods and materials to meet customer requirements
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
• Negotiating service agreements with suppliers
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations during the delivery process
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering new stock when needed
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, shipments, and inventories.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as problem-solving abilities. They should also be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience working in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a part time position.
