You enjoy wearing many hats and are known for your strong work ethic, mindful preparation and flawless execution.What you need:Undergraduate degree required; master’s degree preferredAt least two years of professional work experience in HR, learning & development, change management, coaching or consulting requiredMust be able to travel within the region and be on-site with clients 80% of the timeProven experience in coaching and advising C-suite executives requiredFull fluency in verbal and written English and Arabic requiredAdditional B2B account management is an advantageICF certification or equivalent coaching certification preferredWhat we offer:We create exceptional workplaces, starting with our own.
