Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Insurance function strategic initiatives and projects
- Monitor and Control Insurance function performance and operational KPIs
- Implement Insurance function Operation Plan
- Activate Insurance function People Development Plan
- Resolve Issues, and risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Coordinate and distribute key tasks within the insurance function
Objectives and Key results
- Issue and renew all types of applicable insurance policies
- Claims requests handling
- Financial protection or reimbursement follow up with the insurance service providers
- Ensure proper payment tracking and records
- Lead the coordination between the Finance and insurance providers
- Insurance scope management and changes
- Facilitate and mediate the relationship between insurance service provider and the requester including negotiation and contracting
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in the Insurance field.
