Job Description Our client is a leading international Engineering, Construction & Energy industry leader in Joint venture with a large Saudi company. They are currently looking for a Human Resources Director to join their operations in Riyadh, KSA

The Responsibilities
The purpose of the position is to ensure implementation of a sustainable HR strategy and performance to enable the company to achieve the goals required (individual resourcing, talent development, compensation & benefits, learning and development.). This function also includes the management of the Administration function covering general administration, security, doctor and first aid, government relations.
