Full Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our projects in Saudi Arabia on all Human Resources topics.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide accurate and timely HR administration support (full cycle).
  2. You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
  3. Support the project leadership and Talent Acquisition with arranging and scheduling candidate interviews.
  4. Coordinate with mobilization team for new joiners.
  5. Collect the new hire paperwork.
  6. Conduct New Hire orientations.
  7. Administer HR-related documentation.
  8. Manage and solve daily queries.
  9. Prepare any monthly payroll changes and submit to accounting.
  10. Ensure all communication regarding employment is uploaded and saved within the HRIS system.
  11. Participate in special HR projects.
  12. If requested, manage the employees' timesheet submission process.
  13. Perform other daily items as required.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

A University or College Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
3+ years of professional experience.
Experience in Saudi Arabia will be preferable.
Knowledge of Oracle HCM will be considered an asset.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel).
Multitasking and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling skills.
