The Health Club Supervisor at the District Hotel is responsible for
overseeing the operations of the hotel's health club facility. They
will ensure the smooth functioning of the health club, including
managing staff, coordinating fitness programs and classes, maintaining
equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to guests. The
supervisor will utilize hospitality software to efficiently manage
memberships, track usage, and generate reports. They will also
collaborate with other hotel departments to promote health club
services and enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Facility Operations: Manage day-to-day operations,
maintenance, and safety of the health club facility.
- Team
Management: Supervise and support health club staff to ensure

Engagement: Interact with guests, address inquiries, and provide
personalized experiences.
- Fitness Program Coordination:
Organize and oversee diverse fitness programs and classes.
- Reporting and Administration: Maintain records, generate reports, and utilize hospitality software for efficient management.
- Leadership:
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team and create a
positive work environment.
- Customer Service: Dedication
to providing excellent customer service and addressing member needs
promptly.
- Fitness Knowledge: Understanding of fitness
principles and industry trends to guide and support members.
- Organization: Excellent organizational and time management
skills to ensure smooth operations of the health club facility.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
to interact effectively with members and colleagues.
- Group Fitness
Certification: Possessing a certification in group fitness
instruction, such as ACE or NASM, to lead and conduct group exercise
classes.
- Sales and Marketing Skills: Having knowledge and
experience in sales and marketing techniques to promote health club
memberships and services.
- CPR and First Aid
Certification: Holding a valid CPR and First Aid certification to
ensure the safety and well-being of health club members in case of
emergencies.
- Multilingual Proficiency: Being fluent in multiple languages to effectively communicate with a diverse membership base and create a welcoming environment.
- Industry
Networking: Having a strong network and connections within the fitness
and wellness industry to collaborate with other professionals and stay
updated on industry trends and best practices.
