An exciting opportunity has arisen for a versatile projects lawyer to join the legal team of a major conglomerate in the Middle East. Our client is seeking an attorney experienced in advising on legal matters related to power and water projects, and a range of other infrastructure projects.

Candidates will ideally have gained a minimum of 8 or more years of legal experience working for leading international law firms or in-house teams. The role requires individuals who are well versed on EPC agreements, O&M agreements, JV agreements and corporate matters as well. This is an urgent hire and candidates able to join within a relatively short period of time will be at an advantage. This role is a senior position reporting directly to the General Counsel.

The remuneration for this position ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 USD, tax-free, plus bonus and benefits.
