Job Title: Head of Innovation Design and Delivery

Location: Riyadh

Core Responsibilities:

• Deployment of scalable prototypes to accelerate go-to-market of innovation products and services (in-partnership with SAB IT).
• Leading experience & research capabilities to drive optimal value and leading edge experience (employee and customer).
• Design and delivery of prototypes in to scalable propositions.
• Introduce Design Thinking capabilities / practice across the organization.
• Deliver, manage and execute product innovations in coordination with IT (Innovation Delivery track).
• Maturity and capability uplift across Digital Experience.
• Adoption and embedment of Design and Innovation thinking.
• Design and delivery of Innovation book of work.
• Leading edge Digital experience.
• Web 3.0 development capability.
• Go-to-market deployment of successful PoCs / prototypes.
• Execution of the Bank’s first Venture Studio model: with the objective to developing the Venture Studio model through to maturity: standing up of between 1-4 MVPs per annum as well as the set-up of new ventures (e.g. start-ups).
• Team management / line management responsibility including performance management, objectives setting, recruitment (within the team) and budgetary responsibilities.
• In line with the scope and mandate of Innovation Banking, drive and execute initiatives per the agreed targets and KPIs.
• Management of relevant 3rd parties, in accordance with the Bank’s 3rd party risk management standards.
• Manage Innovation Banking communications activities; liaising with both Marketing and Communications teams to ensure best practice and timely delivery of marketing/communications activity.
• Publishing effective internal updates / Communications e.g. Newsletter.

Requirements:

• +10 years of experience in Innovation, digital strategy.
• Min of Bachelor or masters degree in any related major.
