· Responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenuegrowth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, and onboardingunlisted private equity to list in our exchange platform.
What you'll do?
· Identifying
new marketopportunities, developing sales plans, and leading the
execution of the plansto achieve sales targets.
· Developing
and maintainingrelationships with key customers and partners to drive
sales success.
· Monitoring market trendsand competitive
landscape to inform sales strategies.
· Developing and
maintainingsales collateral, including sales presentations, proposals,
and contracts.
· Managing the sales pipelineand tracking
progress against sales targets.
· Developing and maintaining
projectplans, timelines, and budgets.
· Creating and
maintainingaccurate sales forecasts and reports to inform
decision-making andmeasure performance.
· Setting sales
targets andgoals for your team and tracking their progress toward
achieving them.
What you should have!

+5 years of experience
· Bachelor's Computer science/ business administration or anyrelated field
· Familiaritywith sales methodologies, such as SolutionSelling or Challenger Sales · develop and executeeffective sales strategies · Experiencewith CRM software and sales automation tools · Agile mindset
