Full Job Description

Objective of the Job:


The Finance Manager will direct
and oversee accounting and financial activities of the company, direct the
preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts
predicting future growth.


Supervisory Responsibilities:


Driving the
company's financial planning
Oversees
Accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions.
Performing risk
management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments
Deciding on
investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
Works with other
department heads to monitor performance and make recommendations.
Recruits and
hires accounting and financial staff and conducts performance evaluations.
Coordinates
training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current
staff.
Manage accounting
and financial activities of the company

Duties/Responsibilities:


Establishes and
manage internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget
preparation.
Oversees
preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual
budgets.
Oversees the
production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results
comply with IFRS.
Prepare and
review projects financial modules including assumptions, valuation, cashflows
and outputs.
Supervise
projects accounting activities and provide guidance for day-to-day operations
Manage all
accounting transactions with monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Responsible for
zakat and tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files monthly VAT and annual
zakat return.
Audits accounts
to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations; coordinates with external auditors
and provides needed information for the annual audit.
Presents
recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and
policies.
Provides
financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions,
and contract negotiations.
Ensures
compliance with government requirements.
Performs other
related duties as necessary or assigned.


Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:


Excellent
management and supervisory skills.
Excellent written
and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Proficient
in Oracle Fusion or
similar accounting/ERP system.
Excellent
organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in
ZATCA and QAWAEM websites.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel.

Education and Experience:


Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting.
A minimum of 8
years of progressive finance, analysis, and leadership experience required,
with a minimum of three years experience in Real Estate Development.
CPA/CMA/FMVA or
other accounting/financial certificate is plus

condition that could risk his/her safety in the workplace or ability to perform
the job
