We are seeking an accomplishedField Business Manager with expertise in overseeing construction projects. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration,commercial management, and project leadership, particularly in large-scale Oiland Gas construction projects. This role requires a proactive individual whocan drive results through strategic insights, leadership, and meticulousexecution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership andManagement:

Ø Lead cross-functional project teams to ensureprojects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Ø Oversee project timelines, milestones, anddeliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Ø Maintain open communication with stakeholdersand clients, addressing concerns and fostering strong relationships.

2. Contract Administration andFinancial Management:

Ø Manage contract administration processes,including drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and compliance.

Ø Provide expert guidance on cost planning, budgetcontrol, procurement strategies, and valuation of work.

Ø Evaluate tenders, bids, and change orders,negotiate favourable terms and manage project financials.

3. Commercial Strategy andAnalysis:

Ø Collaborate with legal, financial, andcompliance teams to ensure contracts meet industry standards and legalrequirements.

Ø Perform financial analysis, reporting, andearned value progress updates for effective project tracking.

4. Client Relationship Building:

Ø Serve as a primary point of contact for clients,offering exceptional commercial advice and exceeding expectations.

Ø Manage client expectations, maintain opencommunication, and contribute to enhancing client relationships.

5. Dispute Resolution and ClaimsManagement:

Ø Handle contractual and commercial claimsstrategically, seeking optimal resolutions.

Ø Manage disputes while adhering to contractualrequirements and industry standards.
