Full Job Description

• Build and execute social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram) strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification, in addition to that create effective Facebook Ad campaigns with highly interaction and reach
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other team members to create required media and artwork
• Review and analyze client sites for areas that need to improved, deleted, or revised with reference to SEO best practices
• Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for client sites.
• Improve a company's organic search results.
• Write effective headlines, body copy, and websites.
• Write effective call-to-action statements.
• Strategize ways to improve and track site performance.

Our History Inspired by the Islamic Andalusian civilization that extended from the 8th to the 15th century, we chose our name to be Andalusia. It reflects our commitment to excellence, uniqueness, innovation and earnestness in pursuing our dream.

Our group started in Jeddah, KSA, in 1984 with Hai Al Jamea hospital (HJH) which was established by the founder of the group, Dr. Darweesh Zagzoug as a single hospital. Hai Al Jamea Hospital was a pioneer facility in providing healthcare in the southern area of Jeddah.

The year 1989 witnessed a significant expansion of the group through the establishment of two very successful and distinguished units; the Jeddah Dental Center (JDC) in Jeddah, KSA and Al Salama Specialized Hospital (ASSH) in Alexandria, Egypt. Also in 2004 the establishment of Al Salama New Hospital (ASH), Alexandria was a significant milestone in our history.

ASH has shifted the concept of healthcare delivery in Egypt from a rigid and impersonalized hospital experience to a more holistic and personalized approach towards the patient. The approach blends evidence-based state-of-the-art medicine with ultimate care for the psychological and emotional well-being of the patients.

We continued with the establishment of successful healthcare delivery business units like Andalusia Polyclinics, Prince Fawaz District (2005), and Le Chateau dental centre (2009) while still expanding and updating our already existing business units.

Our accumulated experience and tremendous success has encouraged us to take the leap towards a bigger challenge; shifting from being only the owner of healthcare delivery units, to a company providing total solutions , controlling the entire value chain thus creating our own healthcare ecosystem.
