Job Description A leading Group of Companies with over 50 years of operating experience are currently looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits individual to join their business in Jeddah.

Develop, lead and implement the organizations reward strategy to ensure its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organizations desired internal and external market position.

Develop the compensation & benefits team
Lead and direct the implementation of performance management policies and procedures
Liaise with area managers to develop local compensation and performance management strategies
Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers
Review and analyze the existing remuneration packaging and compensation
