2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:


Accountable for developing strategic direction to develop and promote the Ma’aden brand, implement the Ma’aden commercial strategy, and expand and diversify Ma’aden activities, accelerating growth and maximize returns for the company in multiple regions/countries

Relevant technical/business degree
MBA (incl Strategic management)


Experience:


15 years relevant experience including at least 5 years in senior management role

1. * Steer the development and delivery of the Affiliate strategy in multiple regions/countries to accelerate growth and maximize returns for the company
* Drive the development of Ma’aden brand in the regions, by building strong and long-term relations with strategic customers and partners (Government entities, service providers, Sales Reps, JVs, etc.)
* Direct and lead the diversification of Ma’aden activities by enlarging its markets, product mix and service offering
* Accountable for ensuring full satisfaction of Ma’aden customers and partners; oversee the relations with customers and local partners, to build strong and sustainable networks and maximize customer satisfaction
* Accountable for the sales of Ma'aden products in multiple regions/countries in line with the Affiliate strategy
* Lead the design and the execution of Ma’aden route-to-market strategy for products within the Affiliate's regions, in line with the strategy defined by the Affiliate
* Validate the definition of Ma’aden sales plan and resources required for its realization, drive the execution of marketing initiatives in these regions and monitor and mitigate risks
* Lead the commercial negotiations with Ma’aden customers, including for strategic long-term agreements and oversee the support from all internal resources (Supply Chain, Service Offices, Market Intelligence, etc) to maximize returns for the company
* Drive the realization of Ma’aden business plan with the objective to maximize Ma’aden netbacks while matching yearly sales objectives
* Accountable to build Ma’aden brand in the regions, by enlarging Ma’aden offer (new products, new services, new markets) and implementing a large set of marketing actions (e.g. promotions, regional events, etc.)
* Lead the identification, preliminary assessment and recommendation of potential growth opportunities for Ma’aden (for new products or potential inorganic opportunities) and contribute to the investment committee on growth opportunities, and once approved, supervise the execution with Commercial Managers and potential external partners
