Campus Manager

Full Job Description

The Campus Manager will have overall responsibility for all the operational departments, and will oversee all the non-academic employees, in order to make sure that the Academy operates according to its vision and goals.

Responsibilities

· Planning, coordinating and managing all business operations to achieve Academy goals.

· Managing administrative, logistical/procurement, facilities, human resources, and financial functions.

· Supervising operational departmental heads. This includes areas such as hiring, training and managing the performance of each employee.

· Developing and maintaining budgets. This includes budgets for individual operational departments and overall areas of the Academy.

· Evaluating current business processes and systems, amend/adjust/create as necessary.

· Doing ongoing risk assessments, and drafting, implementing, and evaluating corrective action plans.

· Defining short-term goals and developing clear plans to implement them.

· Determine staffing requirements and ensure that Academy positions are filled promptly.

· Approving spending for relevant departments based on data and critical thinking.

· Improving internal processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit.

· Generating reports as required by management, and giving presentations for internal and external purposes.

· Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

· Degree in Business Administration/Management (MBA preferred)

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role/position/function

· Good knowledge of different business functions

· Strong leadership qualities

· Excellent communication skills, in both Arabic and English

· Highly organized

· Strong work ethic

· Good interpersonal skills

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Computer literate

· Proactive nature

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ﷼20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
