Full Job Description

Our client is an international construction contractor and construction leader in the UAE market, delivering several of the country s most important projects. These projects span across multiple sectors including Retail, Hospitality, Commercial, Residential, Infrastructure & Government, Manufacturing & Industrial, Education & Healthcare, and Sports & Leisure. Our client is looking for a claims manager work with them on projects in the Middle East.
The Ideal Candidate will be Responsible for:
• Can lead a mixed disciplinary team to develop and design complex claim strategy documents for large multi discipline engineering construction projects
• Carry out detailed evaluations of project delays, disruption and prevention events and prepare robust EOT claims including Quantum.
• Provide assistance with gathering evidence for the purpose of claims analysis, submittals, and rebuttals.
• Ability to provide expert advice in coordination with the in house legal counsel on the success chances for proceeding with legal actions in accordance with the relevant contract jurisdictions.
• Provide expert advice on the most effective delay analysis techniques to demonstrate the clients case.
Essential Criteria for the Role:
• Candidate must have a degree from a Western Educator.
• Candidate must have at least 5 years experience working in the Middle East.
• Candidate must have experience in various forms of EPC and FIDIC contracts.
