Mission/Core of Purpose of the Job:

Improve BIMTEC market position as well as achieve financial growth by building key customers relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating, and closing business deals, maintaining always extensive knowledge of the current market conditions.

Core, Essential Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize the Business Development Department by determining the logistics for conducting each survey and manage the ongoing work.
  • Discuss projects with departmental staff, clients, and others to plan the project execution and attend the productivity goals set by the Project Managers and Line Manager.
  • Search for potential new clients and present the company’s services.
  • Keep CRM updated with all leads, opportunities, and activities.
  • Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and assist for any inquiry, conduct presentations on solutions and services that will meet or predict clients’ future needs.
  • Manage contracts' negotiations and close new business deals and other potential clients.
  • Build a sticky relationship with companies’ decision makers.
  • Forecast the annual projections by setting up the targets, budgets, and estimated profit per
    year.

Supervisory / Leadership / Managerial Tasks:

  •  In coordination with the BDM, lead and align the department with Ideation, Vision, Environment and Execution.
  • Be an inspiration leader by strong principles and commitment to the organization based on organization, resilience, and agility.
  • Lead, maintain and monitor the task management systems for his/her subordinates.
  • Lead, develop and implement KPIs to align metrics within company's vision, in relation to its goals and strategy.
  • Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, supportiveness, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed. 

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Mandatory BSc. in Engineering

Experience:  2 years to 7 Years

Knowledge:

Marketing, Business Development, Client Management, Sales process, Excel and CRM (Dynamics) software., Construction industry and software sales., Construction methods, terminologies, processes, and systems., Plans, specifications, and the various possibilities of BIM modelling,  International Business, BIM, BIM Lead, International Sales, BIM Business, International business development.,
