We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Director to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative tasks and processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate records and files of all administrative activities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across the organization
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management as needed
- Monitor budget and expenses related to administrative activities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalam language skills are a plus)
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with biometric passport processes is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in urgent situations
