Responsibilities



Issuing invoices, log invoices, credit notes and following up with Suppliers on receiving original invoices and ensuring collections in a timely manner. Manage Supplier/Service Providers’ accounts Maintain and manage proper filing for copies of signed contracts, authorization letters and any Mobile/apps/products Services' signed documents. To request premium short codes as requested from Project Managers with minimum time and follow up on requests in order to meet project launch deadline. To monitor mobile/apps/products user’s behavior and generate analysis with performance reports and graphic illustration of the data for selected major services with 100% accuracy and important highlights on major changes in performance by working closely with the business team to identify requirements and objectives. Daily/Weekly Performance Reports to be sent depending on business requirements. Responsible to collect all criteria of analysis from project managers on 4th business day of every month; however, analysis should not be limited only to project manager requirements.

Requirements:



Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or other related fields. At least 8-year work experience as an Account Manager or similar role in Account Management. In-depth knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point. Proficiency in the use of Tableau, Power BI and SQL. Excellent verbal and written communication Good Presentation Skills Ability to work with large teams Good knowledge of Telecom and VAS Industry Team spirit and good communication abilities Good Time Management and Organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively.
