Job Description Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Execute Safety System project as a Safety System Lead Engineer. Ensure compliance to YMA Functional Safety Management (FSM) procedures. Basic understanding of IEC 61511 concepts. Design and review of system architecture based on Yokogawa product line. Review customer standards, project specification, sales proposal and identify the gaps. Review of customer design inputs and raising clarifications (RFI) to customer. Prepare of project Document Register, Procurement Register, Execution Plan, FSM Plan etc. Preparation or review of basic and detail design documents including but not limited to Functional Design specification, Bill of Materials, Cabinet Drawings, System Architecture, Cable Schedules, Power and HVAC calculations etc. Conduct design reviews to ensure quality deliverables and meet YMA QMS requirements. Prepare Safety Validation Plan including SIL verification / valid
