Job Description


We are seeking a fresh graduate to join our HR team as a HR Generalist Intern.
The role will provide support across various HR functions and offer exposure to recruitment and HR operations activities. In this role, you will provide end-to-end HR support across one or multiple countries.

Support the HR team in day-to-day activities.
Assist with coordination of HR processes and tasks as required.
Support recruitment-related and onboarding activities when needed.
Assist in basic HR documentation and communication tasks.
Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.






Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Fresh graduate.
Saudi Nationals ONLY.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
