Job Description

About the Role The Stage / Production Coordinator supports the daily operations of virtual production stages and production environments, ensuring smooth coordination between production teams, technical departments, vendors, and facility management. This role is central to maintaining efficient workflows across physical production and virtual production activities, supporting on-set logistics, operational communication, equipment coordination, and real-time production needs. The coordinator will work closely with Stage Manager, Production Manager, Virtual Production Supervisor, stage crews, and technical teams to ensure productions are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day stage operations, including setup, required equipment, and workflow coordination during production activities Support virtual production stage operations by coordinating between production, camera, LED volume, tracking, playback, and technical teams Coordinate on-site vendors, deliveries, shipments, access, and operational logistics for production activities Coordinate with facility management teams for maintenance-related requirements, including electrical, water, utilities, and general operational support Track, organize, and maintain stage, production, and virtual production equipment, including inventory records, media drives, and storage workflows Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, servicing, and proper handling of production gear and materials Support on-site data wrangling workflows, including media handling, file transfers, and production data organization Assist the Stage and Production Manager with operational coordination, scheduling updates, reporting, call sheets, and daily production documentation Take meeting notes and distribute daily updates, action points, schedules, and production communications across departments<

Prior knowledge of cinematography principles, lighting and colour theory, with the enthusiasm and ability to use this effectively in a real‑time environment. Your Experience Real‑time cinematic lighting, baked/dynamic lighting and lighting/shading optimisation using modern game engines is essential. Experience as a lighting/lookdev artist for film/TV or high‑end real‑time applications is desirable but not essential if you already have real‑time cinematic experie
