Responsibilities Supervise Safety Officers and support the implementation of HSE programs across project sites Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory HSE standards Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness sessions Coordinate safety training programs and emergency response activities Monitor proper use of PPE and safety equipment on site Prepare HSE reports, records, and safety documentation Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project management regarding safety matters Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across the workplace Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Minimum 7 years of HSE experience, including 5 years in Oil & Gas industry Saudi Aramco Approved Contractor Safety Officer Certifications in OSHA / NEBOSH / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 Strong knowledge in risk assessment, HSE compliance, safety inspections, and incident investigations Good command of English communication and reporting Location : Saudi Arabia
