Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including truck movements, trip status, fuel usage, and vehicle utilization.
Track vehicle availability and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
Ensure all trucks have valid registrations, permits, insurance, and required certifications.
Monitor GPS tracking and respond to route deviations or operational issues.
Coordinate with clients, dispatchers, and operations teams to ensure smooth transportation activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and Saudi transportation requirements.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and operational delays, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of trips, drivers, maintenance, fuel, and fleet performance.

Qualifications
