Job Summary We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Orthopedic Specialist to diagnose, treat, and manage disorders related to the musculoskeletal system, including bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. The incumbent will provide both non-surgical and surgical orthopedic care, ensuring high standards of clinical excellence, patient safety, and evidence-based practice in alignment with organizational protocols. Roles & Responsibilities Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions including fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, arthritis, spine disorders, and trauma cases. Perform orthopedic surgical procedures as per specialization and credentialing privileges. Conduct detailed clinical assessments, imaging interpretation (X-ray, MRI, CT), and treatment planning. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including rehabilitation guidance. Manage emergency orthopedic cases and trauma patients efficiently. Develop individualized treatment plans including medication, physiotherapy, and surgical intervention where required. Refer complex cases to subspecialists when advanced intervention is necessary. Ensure accurate documentation of patient records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education (CME) activities. Promote patient education on injury prevention, mobility improvement, and post-surgical care. Mandatory Requirements MBBS with MD / MS / DNB in Orthopedics or equivalent recognized qualification.
