Oversee the daily operations of the equipment logistics team including scheduling task delegation and performance monitoring. Manage equipment inventory ensuring proper storage organization and accessibility. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan. Coordinate equipment movement for deployment maintenance and repair. Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently. Liaise with vendors and service providers to schedule repairs and secure replacement parts. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage maintenance history and repair costs.
