Key Responsibilities
Operations & Staffing

Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance
Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, and resource allocation

Sales & Business Development

Drive sales initiatives and business growth within the branch
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives

Customer Service Management

Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
Address customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to AML, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements
Identify and mitigate operational and compliance-related risks

Reporting & Communication

Prepare and submit regular operational, compliance, and performance reports
Maintain effective communication with Head Office and stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff
Conduct performance reviews and support staff development initiatives

Strategic Planning & Performance Tracking

Contribute to branch-level strategic planning
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve targets

Safety & Environment

Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental guidelines

Job Description

We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist with minimum 4 years’ experience from HR-Admin background to manage front-desk operations, support showroom activities, and handle administrative duties. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support daily branch operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional manner
Direct customers to the appropriate departments or personnel
Provide basic information and assistance as required

Administrative Responsibilities

Record and maintain customer and visitor data accurately
Handle basic clerical and administrative support tasks

Showroom & Branch Support

Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the showroom and reception area
Always maintain a tidy and presentable premises
Provide hospitality services to clients and visitors

Facilities & Maintenance Coordination

Follow up on maintenance requirements and service requests
Ensure availability of essential office and showroom items
Report missing items and coordinate replenishment

Travel & Coordination Support

Assist with making flight reservations as and when required

Skills & Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic administrative and record-keeping abilities
Presentable, professional, and customer-focused approach
