Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Chemicals Warehouse Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations related to oil & gas chemicals and drilling fluids. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management receiving and dispatching materials and overseeing the loading and unloading of trucks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of raw materials and finished products from our factories to customers and field locations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all daily warehouse activities ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials. Oversee the receipt of materials from internal factories and external suppliers. Manage the release and dispatch of raw materials and finished products to clients and operational sites. Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks ensuring safety and compliance with chemical handling procedures. Maintain and update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Monitor stock levels perform regular cycle counts and report discrepancies. Ensure proper labeling storage and segregation of chemicals and drilling fluids according to safety and regulatory standards. Work closely with logistics production and procurement teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Enforce safety procedures and guidelines in compliance with HSE and local regulations. Train and supervise warehouse staff including forklift operators and general laborers. Qualifications: Proven experience (3 5 years) in warehouse supervision preferably in the oil & gas or chemical industry. Strong understanding of chemical handling HSE standards and hazardous material regulations. Experience with inventory control systems such as ERP or WMS platforms. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus). Strong organizational and leadership skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer literacy (Excel inventory systems email).
