The role reports to the Director, Flying Parts Procurement and is part of the Airbus Americas Strategic Procurement team. Responsibilities Coordinate procurement and project management activities for FAL ramp‑up initiatives, the Mobile industrial ecosystem, and key transformation programs. Interface and coordinate with local and global stakeholders, manage priority conflicts, and account for full program and product lifecycles. Develop and apply programme/product strategy, propose business cases, and monitor financial objectives (Profit & Loss). Escalate issues to senior management, ensure project progress, and design progress reports using Airbus reporting tools. Support the Strategic Procurement Director by driving compliance, change management, and resolution of procurement process blockages. Organize best‑practice awareness and support the deployment of procurement tools (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MS preferred) or related field, or equivalent experience. PMP certification. 5‑7 years of project management or related experience. Knowledge of risk management, business case analysis, and total cost of ownership. Experience with procurement processes and tools. Strong ethics, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.
