Medina On-site Job Description Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects including planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects engineers subcontractors and clients to ensure successful project delivery Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes safety regulations and contractual requirements Manage project budgets and financial reporting including cost control and invoicing Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity Mentor and develop a team of construction professionals to support project delivery Responsibilities: Manage the overall planning coordination and execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery Collaborate with clients architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met Oversee the procurement of materials equipment and subcontractor services Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes safety regulations and quality standards Provide regular progress updates and reports to project stakeholders Manage the project team including scheduling task allocation and performance evaluation Qualifications: Bachelors degree in construction management civil engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial constructi
