The Candidate must be Saudi

• Performing and managing Daily accounting and book keeping
• Maintains list of vendors and timing relevant for reconciliation(balance reconciliation letters);
• Check customs documentation and post taxes/prepare payments; cooperation with customs brokers;
• Annual stock taking of vendors (balance reconciliation letters);
• Accounting and control of paid advances;
• Monthly closing procedures: ensuring that month is closed properly – necessary calculations and postings are in place.
• Assistance in audits, providing all necessary documents and information, prepare reports required by auditorsEnsuring that procedures of the Company are followed and complied with.
• Ensuring that transactions entered were done properly and accurately by selecting correct accounts, correct periods and correct accounting and tax principles.
• Ensuring that taxes are calculated and accounted for in compliance with the tax legislation of the Republic of Armenia
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.
• Support all above mentioned tasks for all group entities as per company's needs

Position Summary

PIPECARE provides In-Line Inspection Services to locate, identify and size these threats and support your integrity management requirements. The QHSE Engineer is a key member of the PIPECARE GROUP. The main responsibility of the QHSE Engineer is to ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations. This position involves developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies, procedures, and systems to promote a culture of continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Position Summary

PIPECARE provides In-Line Inspection Services to locate, identify and size these threats and support your integrity management requirements. The QHSE Engineer is a key member of the PIPECARE GROUP. The main responsibility of the QHSE Engineer is to ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations. This position involves developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies, procedures, and systems to promote a culture of continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

General Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with QHSE standards and identify areas for improvement
• Defining competencies for HSE Department team members
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on QHSE policies, procedures, and practices
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions with experience in O&G
• Approving procedures for the company manually & IT ERP
• Designing and implementing all activities pertaining to HSE
• Recommending to top management the resources budgets (assets including people) for the department
• Training PIPECARE personnel in process areas including internal auditors (including HSE)
• Approving all documents and records pertaining to HSE in Oil & Gas industry
  
  

• Implementing HSE Standards: Ensure the implementation of all applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards within PIPECARE
• Non-Conformities Decision-Making: Collaborate with the Team to decide on non-conformities and take appropriate actions. This includes evaluating the effectiveness of actions taken to address non-conformities
• Coordination with External Entities: Coordinate with regulatory agencies, certification entities, and external auditors to facilitate QHSE compliance audits and certifications
• Internal Auditor Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of internal audits/ auditors within the organization
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Managing documentation related to QHSE activities is a key responsibility. This includes incident reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation
• Quality and HSE Audits: Conduct various types of Quality and HSE audits within PIPECARE, working closely with Quality personnel
• HSE Plan Development and Execution: Develop and execute Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans
• Promoting Safety Culture: Actively promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility throughout the organization
  
  

• Performs work site hazard assessments, identify unsafe acts/conditions or unsafe behaviors, provides recommendations for corrective action to leadership team
• Provide support to Manufacturing and equipment services operations to eliminate hazards
• Plan, implement, coordinate and supervise HSE activities during facility maintenance and project activities
• Support the selection and coordination of Suppliers, Contractors and Subcontractors involved in major maintenance, construction, remodeling and project activities
• Conducts company safety and OSHA mandated training classes and maintains records, as required & participate in safety meetings
• Assist teams in the implantation of the HSE Risk Management processes
• Data-Driven Reporting: Develop programs to track and enforce action close-out with key dashboards for senior managements on leading-lagging indicators of safety
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regional and local site HSE regulations
• Incident Response and Learning: Lead incident response efforts. Hands-on leadership of investigations (e.g. 5WHY, RCA) delving into system and cultural causes
• Project planning for QHSE: Ensure inspection/test plans are defined that meet customer requirements and drive compliance to Rondo Energy design requirements
• Lessons Learned/Continuous Improvement Leadership- leverage project experience and data reporting from across our project execution sites to drive process improvement and productivity gains
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with Project Delivery, R&D, Engineering, and Facilities teams to integrate safety measures seamlessly into operations
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Certified Quality Engineer) is desirable
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001), environmental management systems (ISO 14001 desirable), and occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45001)
• OSHA Competent external certification or equivalent; Or lead auditor in ISO45001 required
• ISO45001, HSE practitioner experience/qualifications desirable
• ISO 9001:2015 – Lead Auditor Course, 3rd party
• API Q1/Q2 (any) – minimum the practitioner training, auditing experience
• Candidates possessing a certification from the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) are desirable
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QHSE activities in Engineering Industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of QHSE.
• OSHA Competent external certification or equivalent; Or lead auditor in ISO 45001
• Other: Frequent business travel with the ability to travel without any major visa restrictions

The MEP Engineer is a specialist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all systems function cohesively and effectively. The position requires deep technical knowledge and strong analytical skills, along with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. The MEP Engineer collaborates with architects and civil engineers to ensure that all project requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop MEP systems in accordance with industry standards.
2. Conduct regular assessments to ensure the efficiency of installed systems.
3. Coordinate with various teams to ensure project completion within specified timelines.
4. Prepare technical reports and present them to management.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues related to MEP systems during the construction phase.
6. Provide technical support to contractors and suppliers.
7. Monitor budgets and costs associated with MEP systems.
8. Train and guide new team members.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
10. Update technical documentation and specifications regularly.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering.
2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
5. Quick problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Experience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
7. Excellent organizational and management skills.
8. Focus on efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
9. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
10. Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

Skills

• Deep knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems.

Primary Role Focus

Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is documented, processed and maintained in accordance with applicable standards. This role reports to KSA Production and Quality Advisor. This role is a temporary role for 8 months.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Coordinate Quality Assurance functions, including the ongoing development of effective quality systems, establishing and implementing audit protocols, and ensuring compliance with ISO and API standards
• Monthly confirmation of the accuracy and quality of products of all vendors and reporting results to the management. (Using continual improvement site data)
• Mentor, train, and educate with respect to the requirements of the company’s quality management systems
• Support management by providing necessary data for management reviews
• Support Internal and external auditors while performing the audits
• Create work instructions, procedures, QCP’s and ITPs as required
• Review and record incoming orders from vendors, log the details in receiving log and prioritize the inspection as requested by the warehouse
• Review / update final QA documentation package from manufacturing and operations prior to submit to QA for final approval
• Any other tasks assigned by the management
• Ensure compliance with Packers Plus Health and Safety program
  
  

• Oil and gas experience an asset
• Experience implementing/managing Quality Management Systems compliant to ISO and API standards
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Job Summary:

The Strategy Implementation Engineer is a key role responsible for driving the successful implementation of the Taif Municipality's strategic plan (2025-2028) across the Municipalities Agency. This position will oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment with the Municipality's vision, mission, and values, in line with Saudi Vision 2030. The role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of municipal operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Plan Implementation:

• Lead and manage the implementation of the Taif Municipality's strategic plan across all departments within the Municipalities Agency.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for specific strategic initiatives, defining clear timelines, responsibilities, and resource requirements.
• Establish project plans for the sub objectives

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards strategic objectives, according to the established system for measuring indicators.
• Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to communicate project status, identify challenges, and propose corrective actions, and set actions plan
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented projects and initiatives against agreed targets and make adjustments as necessary.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster effective collaboration and communication between all departments within the Municipalities Agency to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and implementation efforts.
• Coordinate and chair regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address issues, and ensure effective collaboration.
• Develop a detailed communication channel

Quality Management and Process Improvement:

• Drive the implementation of the ISO9001 Quality Management System within the Municipalities Agency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
• Work with departments to make sure that all process are digitalized

Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:

• Engage with citizens and gather feedback on the impact of strategic initiatives and implemented projects.
• Prepare and present reports on strategic performance to senior management, government agencies, and other stakeholders as required.

Risk Management:

• Identifying possible risks and developing prevention steps
• Participate in meetings, discuss the steps and progress

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Urban Planning, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
